The Department of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine is the key specialist training insititute of Chinese Traditional Medicine Bureau. The department succeeds in combining the traditional Chinese medicine dialectical theory with modern medicine. Chinese traditional medicine and acupuncture treatment work with radiotherapy and chemotherapy to reduce the toxicity and enhance curative effect. The goal of the department is to reduce recrudescence and metastasis, prolong the survival time and improve quality of life.
