Liver Cancer Scientific Research Group is composed of professional technicians from Department of Hepatopancreatobiliary, Department of Interventional, Cancer Institute and Department of Pathology from Hubei Cancer Hospital, and Zhongnan Hospital Cancer Institute, etc., including 1 postdoctor, 5 doctors, 11 masters, with an average age of 33 years old.

    Research idea is based on one direction, designing small topics practically, accumulating research results, step by step, to lay the foundation for applying large research projects in future. Research content includes pathogenesis, development, outcome of hepatobiliary cancer and basic researches.

    Dongde Wu: Doctor of Surgery, Associate Chief Physician, majors in hepatopancreatobiliary oncology, engaged in clinical practice for more than 10 years, specializes in comprehensive treatment for hepatopancreatobiliary surgery, has certain attainments in resection for complicated liver cancer, hilar cholangiocarcinoma, pancreatic cancer, takes the lead in carrying out selective regional perfusion chemotherapy technology and portal vein tumor thrombus anhydrous alcohol injection in our hospital.  

    Feng Zhang: Doctor of Tumor Surgery, Postdoctor, Associate Chief Physician, majors in operation and comprehensive treatment for liver cancer and pancreatic cancer.

    Chuangying Xiao： Doctor of Medicine, Associate Chief Physician, Member of the Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma(NPC) Committee of Hubei Province Anticancer Association, Director of Abdominal Radiotherapy Ward I, Radiotherapy Center, Hubei Cancer Hospital, engaged in radiation oncology clinical research for more than 10 years, majors in radiotherapy for various kinds of malignant tumor, especially for nasopharyngeal carcinoma and lung cancer, and basic and clinical research for tumor radiosensitivity

    Junqiu Yue： Doctor of Pathology, Associate Chief Physician, majors in researching microRNA expression in hypoxic pulmonary hypertension disease and regulatory molecular mechanism

    Zhen Chen： Master of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Technician from Hubei Cancer Hospital Tumor Institute, majors in genome cloning and expression research
